Cultural Awareness Paper

In this paper, I proposed a collaborative writing project in which students in a freshman writing classroom would work with Chinese students to write a research paper on cultural issues. The goals of this project was to help students become more aware of other cultures but also become more self-aware and therefore both better writers and citizens.

Technical Writing E-Collaboration Paper

In this seminar paper, I look into current issues in intercultural technical writing e-collaboration, how these issues are being addressed, and what further research has yet to be done. I wrote this essay for a graduate-level research class and am using the material as the basis for one of my degree papers.

Medical Tourism Paper

This paper focused on the ethics of medical tourism broker company websites, especially how well risks were communicated to potential patients and how the information was presented.
